Picture Day - All students involved in the Spring Ballet gather in costume to have their pictures taken. A group picture of the entire school will be taken by a professional photographer. This picture is used on the front cover of our Spring Ballet’s program. Class pictures and Individual Dancer photos are also taken. If you have more than one child dancing, those siblings dancing may have their photos taken together as well.
Spring Ballet - Toe To Toe presents a spring ballet at the end of our school year to showcase our students’ abilities. Each class takes part in this ballet, performing dances specifically choreographed for their age and skill level. Solos and duets are performed by our more advanced dancers and by those taking private, or semi-privates lessons. This year’s ballet will be announced during Observation Day. Each studio family with a participating dancer(s) receives 2 complimentary tickets.
Sugar Plum Shoppe - Held during the Christmas Parade, our shoppe holds lots of extra goodies to fill a dancer’s stocking.
“Try-It” Ballet Classes - an opportunity for those who cannot take class for the whole school year to learn the art of ballet. This class is not included in our Spring Ballet or our Annual Awards Celebration. Held Tuesday evenings Jan - May.
“Try-It” Tap, Jazz - an opportunity for our students to learn a different dance form. We encourage tap for rhythm and musical
ity; and jazz for creative movement and style.
